Established in 1994, Enterprise Telecommunications Inc. has been the only Answering Service located in the Bay Area to keep a high rate of satisfied customers and therefore, many business have put their trust in Enterprise Telecommunications Inc. At age 15, Lisa Hong started what was once a phone line in her room, that her real estate employer installed. She was working part time for a real estate agent who wanted to focus on getting more listings for his business. Therefore, hired Lisa to answer his calls after school, so that he can go out and generate more business for himself without missing any calls. When other agents in the office noticed his gainful success, they questioned how he was getting so many leads? The real estate agent had mentioned he hired Lisa to answer his calls and put a dedicated phone line in her room at her home and surprisingly, none of his clients or colleagues knew he had hired an “out of the office” secretary. The rest of the agents in the office thought it was such a brilliant idea, they ALL wanted Lisa to answer their calls! Enterprise Telecommunications was then started and after 18 years later, Enterprise has grown to be a full operational Answering Service using state of the art telecommunication equipment and a well qualified staff. Lisa is still dedicated in answering for all her clients needs.
