I am really happy with eshipper and my account manager Shahina.
The shipping rate is really good and the service is very accurate. It's easy to deal with all the different shipping company in one website depends on the rate and the customer's situation. We do a lot of shipping for the customers and I can't imagine my business runs without eshipper. Shahina is reachable even on weekend which was surprise for me, answer my questions, always there try to help to make things better for our company and also very professional to deal with.

Review Summary

We have used Eshipper for over a year and recently audited our invoices. To our shock and surprise, there were many "Additional charges" that were not quoted when the shipping labels were purchased. Our packages ship and get delivered and then we are sent invoices for adjustment amounts ranging from 3 cents to $3. They blame the delivery carrier, but why would a delivery carrier charge an additional 3 cents (one charge was 1 cent) They admitted many of the charges are internal tech issues, but refuse to do the right thing and a) fix the issue and b) refund. I was told to take my business elsewhere for bringing it up.
