The Challenge

To help businesses manage their Google My Business (GMB) listings in a secure and easy way with minimal effort. The inherent problem with Google My Business is that if you own chain stores you have to manually manage all the listings on all of your stores which in some cases can be in hundreds and can take up days to update things like store open times, Posting Pictures, Managing Reviews, etc.

Enabling Convenience Stores Through Technology

We worked on LulaDelivery Store Application from the idea stage (from scratch) with a team of 3 engineers and still continue to work on it by adding more features and enhancements. It is built in Ionic-React for the frontend (We chose Ionic because the client wanted a quick-to-the-market product with the same codebase across all platforms including the tablets they provide to stores and desktops), PostgreSQL database, Node, and Express on the backend and using AWS as a cloud services provider (EC2, S3, SES, SNS, RDS, etc)

Lula basically powers mom-and-pop stores sell on different online platforms such as Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, and other platforms, You add your products on Lula, and Lula lists and syncs your inventories on different platforms so that you can manage everything in one place

Lula with the help of eSketchers has raised more than $6M in funding and 100's of small stores as well as chain stores on board

When you’re gone, we notify your loved ones about your saved speech and grant them access so it can be read at your funeral service. It is a pretty dark concept but still has the utility
