Our Founder and consulting team worked on Project Management, Program Management and Change Management. 

Our team consisted of project managers and change managers who had more than 15 years of experience in delivering project management and change management.

We look into latest market and industry trends relevant to the organisation of the client and based on the characteristics and long-term objectives of their business we identify market opportunities for the business for growth and areas needing to focus in order to position better in the market and develop in certain areas across product, operations, technology and culture.

In this project we help the client:

2. Define a strong process for succesful implementation of the strategy

3. Develop an effective communication plan and drive adoption of strategy across their business

4. Create intelligent strategy dashboards to monitor the performance of the strategy

We develop for the client a comprehensive HR solution for their workforce and workplace with aim to increase employee engagement and performance, attract and manage talent more effectively, reimagine their workplace and improve organisational culture.

We design a strong framework for the client to implement change and transformation across their organisation with aim to improve certain business capabilities, strengthen organisational culture and achieve better alignment with business strategy.

We develop agile operations to drive performance and efficiency gains across different parts of the organisation of the client and deliver strong implementation of key aspects of their strategy.  

In this project we help the client: 

1. Identify efficiencies for better current asset management, revenue generation and maintenance of existing operations within multiple business lines of the organisation (for the Renewables business and related offshore teams)

2. Create data visualisations and other reporting methods for Senior Management, Operations and Finance to support decision making, planning and implementation based on set business needs and requirements
