What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Euro-Base has provided excellent quality services including communication, quality controls, risk management, and overall client relations further allowing our organization to operate internationally! I would highly recommend their services to anyone.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
Time Zone changes can cause delays which is not within this company's control and that the tracking information is not readily available. It would be nice if tracking was automated into our system or if we could have a reoccurring manifest. But that is not something we have set up or prioritized on our end.

Picker Pals is an environmental programme for primary schools currently in 75% of Irish primary schools and expanding abroad.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The people. I won't name names as you know who you are. But the ability to pick up the phone and talk to real people who we have now got to know and get immediate help with anything has been amazing. We find the Extensive platform easy to use and I suppose the thing we like most is that all the packs we have sent to schools all over Ireland have arrived safely and properly packed, with care and attention to detail. It really is much appreciated.
What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?
