Problem Statement

Client sought to improve UX for users accessing expert interview archives via offline audio and transcript access, secure storage to prevent unauthorized access and screenshots, notification of new interviews, convenient search and access to previously viewed/listened content.

Solutions Provided

Evangelist Apps played a crucial role in the discovery phase and then  the development of Forum mobile app for iPhone and iPad. The app provided an easy-to-use interface that allowed users to access forum interviews with ease. The app's interface was user-friendly, making it easy for users to navigate and find the content they were looking for.

One of the standout features of the app was the ability to download interview audio and transcripts securely. Users had the option to download multiple pieces of content simultaneously and continue downloading even when the app was in the background. The interview transcripts were securely stored on CoreData, while the downloaded audio was stored in the app's document directory.

To enhance the app's usability, Evangelist Apps implemented a powerful and intuitive search feature that allowed users to find interviews by companies and/or keywords. In addition, user activity sections were added to track listened and read interviews.

The app's functionality was further improved with the addition of push notifications, which alerted users to new content as soon as it became available. To protect the content's privacy, EvangelistApps also implemented a feature to prevent users from taking screenshots.

Overall, Evangelist Apps played a significant role in the planning, design, and development of the Client's Forum mobile app. The app's user-friendly interface, intuitive search feature, and secure content storage made it a hit with users. Client  Requirements

Hastens Bed is a leading brand in manufacturing luxury beds for their customers. The major challenges set forward were to manage and update their existing native iOS apps, create pre-orders, sales-orders, update payments, modify the order etc. Store users wanted to be able to search the customer along with the pre-orders and sales orders. The distribution mechanism of the app was slow and strenuous.

All these were made possible in a matter of 3 months and we were able to satisfy the customers. We enabled the app to be distributed via 'Unlisted App Store' mode which is quite new from Apple. This allows the store users to download and update the app via the public-facing App Store while the app is not available for the general users.

Along with this came the compatibility of the iPhone application with the iPad as well.

British Airways wanted to enable its customers to book their tickets using the mobile app using native UI and complete the booking in less than 3 minutes. This came as a massive challenge for the development team considering the complex ticket booking in direct/indirect flights, partner airlines, multiple airports etc.

The development team took this challenge and came up with a very sleek UX just for this purpose. After a lot of optimisation in the backend, the iOS team incorporated the very immersive UX keeping the customers engaged in the booking process. The result came out after about 5 months when the team delivered this project and set a benchmark for the aviation industry. It has been more than 7 years, and the customers still use this journey to book flight tickets from their iOS app.
