Since its inception in 2014, Everblink Healthcare has provided health care services to the elderly citizens in Kolkata. However, in the year 2019, it has endeavoured to delve into providing the services of Medical Transcription, by the name of Royal Medical Transcription.

In the initial 5 years of our operations, i.e. 2014 to 2019, we have anchored into the field of health care services for elderly patients. Based on it, the timeline of next 5 years, i.e. 2019-2024, we are visioning to build a multi-specialty medical transcription service provider at the international level.

Everblink Healthcare Pvt Ltd. caters multi-specialty medical transcription services to clinics and hospitals at a global level. Having years of experience with them, our transcriptionists and medical editors are well equipped to manage variant types of medical reports from different specialties. Each transcriptionist makes sure that, the industry standard AHDI transcription quality grading criteria is maintained.

As a health care entity, we assure complete and all-round security of data from the point of transmittal till its point of delivery. We strictly follow all HIPAA guidelines. Soon we will implement ISO: 27001.
