EverStone CPA Inc. is a Chartered Professional Accountant firm based in Abbotsford, British Columbia, providing corporate tax, bookkeeping and advisory services to incorporated small businesses across the Fraser Valley and Canada, entirely remotely.

EverStone was founded in 2023 around a straightforward premise: owner-managed businesses are the overwhelming majority of Canadian companies, yet they are often served either by firms built for much larger clients or by providers without a professional designation. The firm works exclusively with small and owner-managed businesses (incorporated contractors and trades, farms and agri-businesses, transport operators, realtors, e-commerce sellers and incorporated professionals), handling corporate tax (T2), bookkeeping, payroll, GST/PST, year-end financial statements and advisory.

Two things distinguish how the firm operates. Fees are fixed and published rather than hourly, so clients can ask a question in June without watching a meter. And the same CPA handles a file from start to finish: the person who prepares the return is the person who answers your email.

EverStone is a fully remote practice: meetings are held by video or phone and documents are exchanged by secure e-signature, which lets the firm serve clients from Abbotsford to Atlantic Canada without either party losing a day to an office visit.
