Eversynced

Eversynced is a Canadian nearshore engineering company that integrates North American teams with senior AI-native product engineers in Brazil. Our engineers join your stand-ups, tools and roadmap, with at least four hours of overlap with US time zones, and are typically placed within two to four weeks, individually or as a pod of two to five.

What sets us apart is how our engineers work with AI. Every engineer goes through our AI program, with weekly group sessions, a shared kit of AI workflows, and bi-weekly mentorship. Their AI use is measured with Pheebs, the open-source telemetry tool we built, so clients can see how the team actually works.

Founder and CEO Davi Prates started his career in Brazil writing code for North American companies, then hired nearshore engineers as an engineering leader in Canada. Eversynced is the partner he wished he'd had. We also offer AI enablement and cybersecurity assessments.

We are also the creators of Pheebs - pheebs.ai, our open-source AI telemetry tool. It runs inside Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex and shows how engineers work with AI. It also shows how much a team could save by using the right model for each task.
