Situation

Following a successful Series A round in November 2018, raising $29.5m our client turned its attention to the UK and EU markets. Graeme Lipschits was brought in as Head of European Sales to manage and execute the company’s European sales expansion efforts.

With Builders current inbound lead qualification team based primarily in India,  Graeme identified the need for a European-based sales partner who could provide UK-based salespeople to manage and support their European inbound lead generation strategy.

Outcome:

Excelerate360 successfully integrated a dedicated sales development representative in Builder.ai’s existing inbound lead qualification team.

Throughout our two-year partnership, we were responsible for the management and qualification of all European-based inbound leads.

While working with the Builder.ai team, we processed 4723 inbound leads, 167 of which were qualified and resulted in demos completed with potential opportunities. 

Our partnership enabled Builder.ai to grow its business within the UK and EU markets with reduced strain on its internal team, helping them achieve business growth more seamlessly.

Situation

Founded by Perrine Farque, Inspired Human typically acquire clients via referral, recommendations, and networking. In order for the business to grow, Perrine needed to scale up her outbound sales activity, with the objective to win new clients. 

Without an existing internal business development team, she considered sales outsourcing to scale up outreach activity and build a pipeline. She required a UK-based English-speaking business development representative to help engage with new potential clients in the UK market, and expand her B2B sales outreach

Excelerate360’s objective was to provide a dedicated business development executive, who is responsible to deliver top-of-funnel activity, securing sales qualified leads and new business opportunities for Perrine.

Outcome:

Due to our partnership, and as a result of the pipeline created by Excelerate360, Perrine has now hired a D&I Specialist who is responsible for converting the existing pipeline into new business revenue.
