As Director, I am responsible for the operational leadership of Excelify Solutions. Based in London, UK, Excelify Solutions have customers all over the United Kingdom as well as Internationally. We offer quality telemarketing, sales, meeting setting, lead generation, digital marketing, and consultancy services for customers who want to access more sales opportunities and grow their business.

What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are a fully in-house company and we cover all marketing requirements of our Clients.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
Excelify Solutions is a purpose-driven business and I am proud to say that our vision and purpose has always been to be a trustworthy, transparent, result-oriented, and customer-centric company and we work on that.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We serve all industries mainly Software, IT, Medical, Recruitment, E-Commerce, Electrical, Solar, etc.

Our customers approach us for lead generation, appointment setting, and sales.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
We are a customer-focused company and our model is based on treating our clients as valued equals, not just a stream of revenue. Our business is growing on client recommendations which, for us, is a great validation of our performance. Many of our customers are repeat businesses.

Keeping promises to customers helps build a strong relationship with them as well as trust.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We try to be as transparent as possible with our customers, communicate honestly, and have real conversations about challenges, planning, and expectations.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
We try to be flexible when we’re defining the billing structure for projects. Budget isn’t the only factor we consider when we are discussing a new project with a client.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Excelify Solutions is open to all clients. We work with SMEs as well as start-ups, budget isn’t the only factor we consider when we are discussing a new project with a client.
