We began focusing primarily on Sales & Marketing, but today we are proud to be specialized in Information Technology, Call Center, and Sales & Marketing positions. We have developed a proven process for how we screen candidates, and what we send over to you for review. Our screening process goes 6 layers deep, and goes from Phone Screen to Face-to-Face Interview to our patented E.P. Certification™ Process to Reference Checks to Background Checks to a Drug Test. Every candidate we send you has to be E.P. Certified™.

Our specialization comes from our use of technology in our patented E.P. Certification™ Process, in which we put each professional that we represent through a live scenario that enables our clients to gather information that you are simply not able in a different format. This process measures 6 key areas: Body Language, Customer Adaptation, Conversational Control, Hot Spot Identification, Wow Factor, and the Overall Customer Experience.
