Executive Suites at Lakewood Ranch is owned and operated by the Keenan Development Group based in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

The Keenan Development Group began operations in Florida in 1985. Initially, our focus was on the development of industrial and office structures which resulted in a portfolio of approximately one million square feet of building space. Starting in the mid-nineties we refined our focus towards Class A office space exclusively.
