All things were delivered perfectly, so no such areas could be determined or identified.
If I had to point out a minor issue, it would be the initial onboarding process, which felt a bit lengthy. However, this was largely due to the thoroughness with which they approached our project, ensuring no detail was overlooked. Overall, this minor hiccup was easily overshadowed by the fantastic results.

I am very impressed with their financial expertise

Reconciliation of accounts and filing quarterly BAS. Every 2 weeks my accounts are reconciled by Farahat & Co. They are great at what they do!
