Fassnight Medical Solutions was started due to the high need for quality medical staffing in the Ozarks. With a combined total of over 20 years in the medical industry and seeing the impact of poor staffing in clinical and long-term care facilities, the decision was made to work towards a new standard of care. With the onset of COVID-19 and lack of childcare options for many workers in the medical industry, the need for more flexible scheduling options for staff was apparent. We care about our staff, your staff, and the patients in our region and want to see healthy communities where everyone thrives.
