Ali and Elie met in 2018 and built their first agency together in Beirut. They moved to Dubai together, joined Kitopi — the world's largest cloud kitchen operator — and saw firsthand how broken most F&B marketing was. Agencies would take a brief, make content look nice, invoice, and leave. Nobody owned the outcomes.

They founded FatKid to fill the gap they saw in the market: an agency that moves like a growth team, measures everything against revenue, and actually owns the results.
