Our motto here at Fillmer Innovation Group (FIG) is "scope it, shape it, ship it." At FIG we work in two month long development cycles. It has been our experience that fixed time, variable scoped projects are more successful. We begin by scoping the project; our leadership team will work with you to determine the what the definition of done is for this cycle. For larger projects this may be shipping critical functionality in two months, or even using multiple FIG teams to tackle larger work. Teams consist of two or three senior members, a variable mix of designers and developers depending on the work. Once the project kicks off you will interact directly with a senior member on the team, giving you easy access to regular status updates and demos.
