Finline is a Dubai finance practice that runs accounting, tax and compliance for UAE businesses as one accountable system.

The month closes in five working days on a published schedule, with a named owner on each step. VAT and Corporate Tax returns come off the same reconciled ledger, so the figures agree. A named senior specialist takes every tax position, records the basis in writing and defends it if the FTA asks.

Atul Bhargava, a Chartered Accountant with more than 30 years in finance leadership, leads the practice. As VP Finance at DAMAC he ran global shared services across more than 350 entities. Technical Director Kartikeya Bhargava builds the systems Finline runs, drawing on 10+ years designing secure platforms for global banks and Abu Dhabi government.

Services cover accounting and operations, VAT and Corporate Tax, e-invoicing readiness, fractional CFO advisory, and AML and KYC checks for DNFBPs. Finline also configures and runs Zoho Books for clients. Each client decides whether Finline runs the function end to end or supports the team they already have.
