Firesprite Games is an independent game developer working at the cutting edge of game development on the latest hardware platforms. It was founded in 2012 by a group of management and creative veterans with over 80 years of experience working in the games industry and led by Graeme Ankers. Firesprite's core misson is to deliver innovative games for bleeding edge gaming platforms. We offer AAA game quality development services from ideation through to delivery, tailored for bespoke needs for platform owners based in a variety of markets including North America, Japan and Europe. We create, design, tailor and build strategic content in the form of full release games or additional content to support client live ops / lifecycle activities. We've collaborated with a range of industry giants on huge franchises such as Run Sackboy Run (LittleBigPlanet franchise) and the creation of The Playroom and The Playroom VR with our close friends and partners at PlayStation. We have also leveraged the technologies we have created for partners to learn and develop our own IP "The Persistence" for PlayStation VR in 2018, launched to critical acclaim, distributed in over 50 countries worldwide, with an updated multi-platform version released in May 2020.
