Our founder, Pablo Davidov (PhD UCLA, MBA University of Miami, 12+ years senior management consulting), is the architect and operator of LawMem.ai — a live Memory-as-a-Service platform for legal AI agents, in production with paying customers since Q1 2026. When we advise clients on AI, the guidance comes from a firm running a production system for real users, not from decks.

Our healthcare practice is led by Diana Moran, Director of Healthcare Strategy. Diana is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) with 18 years of South Florida healthcare operations experience across multi-location practices, hospital systems, and state audit compliance. HIPAA-aware AI implementation is built into our healthcare engagements from the scoping conversation, not bolted on afterward.
