FOXX

FOXX is a management consulting company specializing in developing markets, especially Russia, Ukraine and the CIS countries. FOXX was established in 1987 and had it´s first office in Russia (then Soviet Union) already in 1988. FOXX has headquarters in Helsinki, Finland and two daughter companies in Russia (in Moscow and in St.Petersburg).

Projects include searching and selecting distributors for client companies (usually Western companies pursuing new business opportunities in Russia), recruiting and personnel administration (outsourced payroll services) in Russia (usually Western companies needing Russian sales personnel, production experts or other middle or top level managers), market studies and market analysis, various kinds of legal services (establishing of limited liability companies; protecting industrial rights, trade marks and domain protection), market entry services (product registration) and management consulting service (analysis, advisory, solutions). FOXX is also a Russian Federal Migratory Service accredited employer of foreign ex-pats in Russia: this service includes arranging work permits for foreign experts to work temporarily in Russia and the full outsourced payroll service throughout the assignment in Russia.
