Framz builds private, firm-specific AI assistants for UK accountancy practices with 10-50 staff. Our flagship product, Framz Ask, is trained on a firm's own documents plus live HMRC guidance and hosted entirely in UK-region AWS, so client data never leaves the firm's boundary. Instead of juniors pasting client information into consumer ChatGPT, partners get a compliant alternative that answers questions like "what did we tell this client last year?" or "what is HMRC's position on X?" in seconds. Each deployment follows a fixed six-stage process and goes live in four weeks, with productised pricing and usage caps rather than open-ended time-and-materials.
