Moreover, the company is currently operating in 17 countries with 24 warehousing facilities and supporting more than 200 couriers.

Further expansion in 2020 coincided with a pivot during the COVID-19 pandemic to focus more closely on the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region as a key market for growth. The company's experience and its deep understanding of regional challenges as well as its capabilities to provide localized solutions, make it ideally positioned to serve as a leading regional eCommerce logistics provider. Further, this shift has been timely as online shopping continues to grow rapidly in the MEA region, creating opportunities for Fulfillment Bridge to play an active role in the future of cross-border eCommerce.

Since its inception, Fulfillment Bridge has been a global player in the eCommerce logistics space. The company has developed an innovative eCommerce logistics platform powered by its data analytics capabilities to provide customized cross-border logistics solutions to businesses worldwide. The solution encompasses a comprehensive suite of services ranging from warehousing, order processing, inventory and return management, and other value-added services all under one single platform.

Fulfillment Bridge expanded its services to offer its MEA Bridge solution that provides a complete end-to-end direct-line fulfillment supporting cross-border trade from, to, and within the Middle East and Africa, while still maintaining its global operations. Recently, Fulfillment Bridge has launched the first compliant International Payment on Delivery solution in Morocco, enabling Moroccan consumers to order from international eCommerce websites and pay for their orders upon delivery.

Fulfillment Bridge provides amazing customer support for full service global fulfillment

I went into this project with minimal experience with global logistics. Fulfillment Bridge really helped get this project off of the ground, making what would usually be an extremely daunting task, easily achievable. We are a US based board game company that wanted to fulfill from multiple locations around the globe, and Fulfillment Bridge helped us achieve just that. We are now selling and fulfilling from 7 different warehouses in 6 different countries. The best part is the absolutely STUNNING customer service that I continue to recieve. They are so attentive and I never wait for a response to an issue. I honestly feel like they care about the success of my company and would recommend them without hesitation.

We are a US based board game company that wanted global board game fulfillment for a licensed Table Top Role Playing Game based on the Borderlands IP.

They offer automated order fulfillment and integration with online stores

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

We had some initial issues with improper packaging, but was quickly corrected.

Fees for different warehouses can vary, so an upfront, streamlined outline of these costs would be beneficial.
