Animal Sort! Color Puzzle Game is a relaxing color-sorting puzzle where players organize adorable animals by color to bring order and calm to a cheerful, chaotic zoo. Our team handled full-cycle development, from prototype to soft launch, with a focus on fast iteration and technical efficiency.

Frontstrike is PrimeSkill Studios’ flagship - First-person shooter inspired by the twitchy and high-octane gameplay of Call of Duty and Counter-Strike. 

Full-Circle Game Development of this product showcases our expertise in crafting skill-based first-person shooters. We set out to deliver an impeccably smooth and fair shooting experience by minimizing network latency, fine-tuning weapon balance, and designing a matchmaking system that pairs players by true skill level. 

Galaxy4Games, as a development partner, was bringing the base idea to life together with the product's owner Primeskill and preparing the game version from scratch for showcasing and playtesting at the NFT Paris Conference. 

The main development challenge was to build a playable version of the game in 2.5 months with several operators, one big game map, more than 10 weapons, multiplayer, and a team deathmatch game mode, available to play five versus five. And Galaxy4Games has successfully achieved this goal.

The game has been acclaimed as a highly anticipated Web3 game. The playtest at the conference with real players and lots of positive feedback became PrimeSkill Studios’ successful proof of concept. The development goes on further and beta is coming soon. 

About the product:

"Bingo: Love in Montana" is the combination of bingo mechanic with meta game and storyline where you can restore and decorate locations and follow the immersive storyline. The game has been created from scratch, from the idea to final product and published on AppStore and Google Play for 8 months allowing us to make fast test of the first KPIs on the market. We love optimized processes and so, during this project development we have managed: 

- Create a tool allowing non-technical team to produce story content without developers and so providing fast LiveOps process and updates 

- Added a meta game module to our modular system that can be reused for all other games

- Reached really great optimization results allowing players to launch the game fast and play it even on weak mobile devices smoothly (which is really important for games that contain a lot of content and should be constantly updated with the new one) thus reducing the users drop rate on first launch of the game and improving retention rate. 

- Built flexible architecture that gives freedom in changing metagame, core, strategy and scaling of the product.

Challenges & Goals

The game consists of two mechanics: casual match 3 and mid-core battler with various 3D characters. And the main idea was to mix them and make gameplay smooth and protected from cheating.

There were several issues to tackle & goals to achieve: 

• Time to market terms – not more than six months to launch
• Synchronize client and server gameplay in conditions of non-stable internet connections to prevent cheating
• Mix two different genres in one game

Game development companies on the market estimated that the project would take at least twice as long to develop. This is because game design, functionality, characters, 2D, 3D, and QA take much time before the product can be launched and tested on the market. 

Solutions & Expertise

Additionally, new modules for the game were developed separately. The modular engine helps build stable products since modules have already been tested on other launched projects.

It’s an idle battler in a fantasy setting with blockchain integration. The goal was to create the game with 80+ characters in 6 months to create enough fractons for the calculated balance of the game. 

Challenge:

The main goal was to prepare six fractions of different styles and cultures with a couple of preset roles in each. The complex thing here was the time-to-market strategy and delivery terms of 6 months. In addition to characters, we had to prepare three seamless locations.

Solutions & Expertise

The best approach for such tasks is to prepare a reboard and mood board to determine the main fractions, their style, and colors. The more recognizable fractions were taken as a base.

The next step is to set up the right team and management to produce 3d models. 

Managing the main pipeline gave us options to produce animations in parallel and provide ready-made characters to the development team to start implementing skills and animations.
