“Inconsistent service and pick up in Marin County”

My business was previously in San Francisco and we never had any issues with our daily pick up. We moved the business to Marin County and I am now having to call at least once a week. We still have a daily pick up but it is not consistent. Yesterday I was told the driver would be here in 15 minutes but he never showed up. The hold times for customer service are 30 + minutes and I can't get an email or a manager to call me back. This lack of service is hurting my reputation with my customers who expect my product to be delivered in a day or two. I am at my wits end.
