Excellent

Great quality of leads! Happy with their service and communication.

Our experience with GP was great so far. We are a restaurant franchise and we used their services to generate leads for franchise prospects. They were able to deliver quality leads with acceptable cost per lead. While their management fee is on a higher end, the attention to detail, team involvement and quick reaction to changes in the campaigns led to the results beyond our expectations.

We worked with GP to generate leads for potential prospects to buy our franchise. They were able to deliver quantity, quality and acceptable cost for the leads.

What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?

Quality of the leads - they are able to apply specific filters to the audience to match the targeted persona, that leads to great result.

Communication - they conduct weekly meetings to check on health of the project. And they really listen tot he needs of the customer.

What was it about the company that you didn't like which they should do better?

Nothing really. Onboarding took a bit longer than expected due to our complicated personas, but the results were with the extra time.

Giant Partners provided excellent customer service by taking the upfront time to ask questions about my goals and suggesting methods to achieve them.

I am a Realtor specializing in helping Seniors with downsizing, finding the right "next home," and assisting them through the entire moving process. I recently sold a home owned by Seniors in an area with many senior residents. I wanted to set up a farming campaign specifically designed for senior residents in that area. I already had a mailing list with the names and addresses of 500 residents in a radius around the home I sold. I began a chat with Giant Partners and the customer service representative I worked with provided excellent information about how the company could help identify the seniors. He told me upfront that he could not guarantee that they would find age data for all the homeowners, but after talking with others in the company provided me with a percentage estimate on the number of homeowner ages they could find. He also suggested some other data they could provide that would further assist me in identifying prospects. The entire process was easy and well-priced.

Appending age, contact information, and income range data to an existing mailing list. The Customer Service Rep reminded me of the laws associated with reaching people by phone and text while we were talking.
