Global Advisors is a strategy and management consulting boutique drawing on a network of experts, faculty and experienced consultants from around the world. Our firm was founded in 2005 in Johannesburg South Africa.

Global Advisors specialises in work that has integrated strategy, financial, economic and operational components. Our clients span the FMCG, agribusiness, manufacturing, investment banking, media, utility, technology and mining sectors. We make use of a global network of partners to provide specialist expertise.

Global Advisors has deep knowledge of all key facets of strategy development and implementation – from strategy formulation, to alignment with operations, people and information systems. We partner with clients to confront their most important issues through analysis, diagnosis, strategy, and implementation planning through to delivery. We have then partnered with clients in multi-year implementation assistance – working with line management to provide performance management and day-to-day leadership. We build long term relationships with clients.

Our business continues to grow rapidly. We remain a boutique consultancy, offering holistic services and industry knowledge through an international network of experts and partners. This also allows us to scale to deliver large transformation projects.
