From its inception, Goodwill Language solution has successfully assembled its best-in-class professional translation competence with a powerful business model, creating an evident edge over the competition. My role as the CEO of Goodwill is to coordinate the company's overall operations. Which are, delegating and directing agendas, driving profitability, managing company organizational structure, and strategy, and communicating with the board.
What is the story behind starting this company?
The major reason is to bridge Language and Culture barriers in many un-localized regions and also improve relationships between localized regions.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We are outsourcing based on the Linguistic field majorly on Language and localization.
How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We are proud to be a dynamic and sought-after leader in our field. Blazing new trails in the business translation market, we develop and nurture long-term relationships with businesses and multinational companies by working collaboratively to build value and boost communication abilities. Monitoring and identifying the market’s needs and trends, we have designed an integrated suite of translation services that are tailored to our client's demands.
What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
Our general industries are Language and localization, Yes we are customers repetitive, The ratio of client that is repetitive is about 75.6% based on our past records.
Please share some of the services that you offer for which clients approach you the most for?
Language Translation, Transcription, Localization, interpretation, Voice-over, and subtitling.
What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our customer satisfaction rate is above 90% success, and the steps we take to cater to our customer’s needs and requirements are over the past years we have strived to hire, train and retain the best and most experienced professionals in the business, encouraging teamwork and total devotion. Taking advantage of our people’s accumulated experience and in-depth knowledge we have managed to break new ground and reach unprecedented achievements.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
Based on Linguistics work, we make a Quality Assessment on every completed Job in order to know if everything fits to be submitted to the client, and in order way, if the client rejected the delivered work then we rework and send it back to rework.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
Sometimes for a new client, it’s based on Pay per Milestone, but for an old client, it's based on till the project is delivered and accepted.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Yes, we take on projects that meet our basic budget. The minimum requirement is based on the rate per word depending on different fields, as Medical, Technical & engineering costs more in Translation.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
(0.07$ 0.15$) for Translation and Localization.

I started using GoodWill Langauge translation and transcription services in 2019, I was referred by my good friend Richard. I was running late on project completion date due to the negligence of the translation company I use back then.

GoodWill Language was able to complete my project faster with less error, I noticed they accepted my correction and fixed it correctly. I'd recommend this translation company anytime.

Describe your project in brief

We started this project to translate English to Yoruba, this project was about Yoruba heroes. It is more like a story that portrays the past heroes of the Yorubas, it was a serious and complex project. I am glad it was completed on a high note with excellent service from GoodWill language.

Speed they put into their work and room for correction
