We are a New Orleans-based women-owned Human Resources consulting firm. When we founded Gotcha Covered HR in 2014, it was for the express purpose of helping local companies and their employees thrive. Our client base consists of local entrepreneurs, companies that are new to the City, and established businesses looking for better ways to grow. We can serve as an external Human Resources department, as a mentor to someone already in place, or as a help line to bring professional HR staffing to any company.
