Do not trust this company at all !!!
Avoid all the problems I have been going trough.
I found this company on Bark while looking for a coding service. At the beginning Jayson respond immediately and after explaining the coding I needed from my project they offer my a Web Portal Package £ 4,999.00 +VAT everything included Money back guarantee.
I agreed to ahead and begin working with Sam Miller.
I did a Mental map of exhaustion one on the pages of the web portal and the graphic design of each page with my designers and were checking the progress, unfortunately it was very slow and too many corrections and not real progress was done on the from page.
After I did paid them the full amount they were asking me for more money for other services which I didn't want but I told them I was not spending more money until they finish the project, the they asked me to pay another £1,000 pounds for the server but I told them that within package I have 5 years free hosting. From this point on the communication was very difficult either by phone or email. by the end of the year Dec 2019 Jayson and Sam Miller stopped working for Grafik the I sent many emails and called several times but not response until I got a call from Mike and he sent me an email using Sam's email asking me if I could send the project again and asking to have a meeting with the developer after that he never call me back and no-one was answering the phone.
I began the claim With Amex and reported them to the police as well, hopefully I will recover my money.
The worst things about all this situation is not the money is all the time I have put on this project haven't achieved anything and at the end you realised they scammed me.
They do not offices in the address they have inter web site, I drove to check and nothing.
also doing some research before reporting them to the police I found that the VAT they are using doesn't belong to them it does belong to London Graphic Centre Ltd.

They took 50% deposit (420£).They did not do any work for me.And i call them to cancel everything and refund my money as i have family problems and i won't be in UK for at least 3 months.From that moment they don't respond to my emails or my calls.
That's a scam 100% !!!!!!
