With financial partners in 2014, founder Isaiah “Ike” Cottle made his first personal land investment and rewarded his partners with over a 400% total investment return on the distressed asset with its sale three years later. In 2014, he received his Florida Brokers license. In 2016, he established a brokerage firm to hang his brokers license and started to provide professional development services to a national luxury apartment developer.
