Tom Greenwood has over 35 years of residential and commercial real estate experience. His experience includes but is not limited to project management, brokerage, marketing services, construction management, construction inspections of properties, management plans, consultations, presentations for properties and procurement of financing, cash flow statements, projections, analysis of operating statements and expert witness testimony.

Mr. Greenwood is a licensed real estate broker in the state of New York and Florida. Mr. Greenwood is a Certified Commercial-Investment Member of the National Association of Realtors (CCIM) and Certified Property Manager (CPM). Mr Greenwood is a member of the New York State Association of Commercial Realtors and the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors and was named Realtor of the Year in 1996.
