Education website development for a Great Britain client

The project was divided into the following milestones: discovery phase, UX/UI design, front-end and back-end development, and testing.
We encountered significant additional requests from the client during the front-end development stage. However, PM Ksenia efficiently managed the team to ensure that the development of the extra features did not delay the website's launch. Both the planned and actual development time was four months.
We can now say that we have successfully completed all development stages of the project and are currently discussing the terms for technical support.

We approached the outsourcing company Gremcy with the task of developing an education website (under NDA) for our partner in Great Britain. The goal was to create a vibrant website with its own mascot while keeping it user-friendly and intuitive. The development timeline was tight, and the project required seamless coordination across multiple teams.
