We hired Groove Brand Experience to refresh our strategy & positioning as we needed to stand out & be more competitive. We needed a brand refresh.
We also needed to update our commercial approach and website content both in English & French.
Groove helped us become more market & customer oriented. They interviewed customers to better understand how our brand was perceived & how satisfied they were with our services.
They then proposed a positioning that clicked with our customers and created content, case studies & messages that showcased our expertise.
We also ask for their support for storytelling, motion designs and for our pitch decks for when we respond to RFPs.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
The focus on customers, reusing their words, validating the ideas and messages so that you are better able to connect with them. It really helps us feel confident, knowing the contnet is authentic and not fluffy.
