Grow is a digital agency for pioneering brands. We’re building digital experiences for worldwide clients, but we never forget where we came from. Proudly headquartered in Norfolk, Virginia, we believe a company’s culture goes beyond the workplace. We recognize that with our unique skills in creativity and technology, we can positively impact the community around us, and shape the broader environment in which we live and work.

We’ve taken the lead in designing, launching, and creating the vision for a new building campus in Downtown Norfolk. We’re excited to be Assembly’s anchor tenant, along with an expanding list of other prolific creators and inspiring technology innovators.

We spearheaded the conversion of a historic arcade into an incubator space for Norfolk’s emerging small businesses. The market hosts local shops, food vendors, community events, and much more.
