Grow Real Quick is a digital marketing agency founded in September 2023. We specialize in helping D2C brands achieve exponential growth through performance marketing, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategies. As the founder and CEO, I oversee our strategic direction, and client relationships, and ensure that we're consistently delivering high-quality results for our clients.
What inspired the founding of your company, and what is the story behind its inception?
I worked in the industry for over 15 years as a digital marketer. The D2C market is growing globally but most brands struggle when it comes to finding a credible agency to support their growth, profitability, visibility, and scalability challenges on digital platforms. Many agencies were using outdated strategies or a one-size-fits-all approach.
We are on a mission to build an agency that truly understands the unique challenges faced by D2C brands. I founded Grow Real Quick to address this gap, leveraging my experience to create tailored, cutting-edge strategies that drive real growth for D2C businesses.
What are the core values and principles that drive your company's culture, and how do you ensure alignment with these values across your team?
Our core values are innovation, client-centricity, data-driven decision-making, and continuous learning. We are a profitable company from day one and want to work for brands that look for profitable growth. No brand should burn investor money to reach their potential customers. If you have the right product market fit, with the right strategy you can be profitable and also achieve the growth you desire. Despite being a young company, we've already achieved several milestones:
- We are already working with 40+ D2C brands
- All our clients have a positive ROAS, and I mean above breakeven ROAS
- Achieved an average of 150% increase in ROI for our clients
- Expanded our team from 5 to 15 members in just six months
Could you explain your company's business model? Do you primarily operate with an in-house team or utilize third-party vendors/outsourcing?
We primarily operate with an in-house team to ensure quality control and maintain our unique company culture. However, for specialized tasks or during peak periods, we do collaborate with a network of trusted freelancers and contractors to supplement our core team's capabilities.
How does your company differentiate itself from competitors in the industry?
We specialize in growing D2C brands, we have a 4-stage testing framework for performance marketing. Over the period it has become robust and reusable and every time we use it, we are able to deliver results. The framework includes the testing audience, creatives, ad placements, and products and coming at an optimum level of spend vs scale quickly so that the client becomes profitable. There is an ongoing testing process while running the campaign, this helps us in experimenting with new ideas/audience while running the campaign at a scale.
When we start working with a new D2C brand we do a simple exercise with the brand to find their quickest path to profitability and propose our marketing mix ( Performance marketing, SEO, Organic growth, content marketing, social media) accordingly.

We have a highly motivated team. Our team dynamics are built on open communication, mutual respect, and a shared passion for digital marketing. We foster collaboration through regular brainstorming sessions, cross-functional projects, and a flat organizational structure that encourages idea-sharing at all levels. We use project management tools to keep everyone aligned on goals and deadlines, and we celebrate team successes together to build camaraderie.
What measures do you take to support the professional development and growth of your employees? Do you offer training programs or opportunities for skill enhancement?
Professional development is a key focus at Grow Real Quick. We offer:

While we do not name our clients without written permission from them, we have helped many D2C brands achieve exponential growth in the last one year. We worked with brands across home décor, fashion, consumer durable, some of our customers have achieved 300% growth in the last year with our association. We are able to retain 95% of the clients we signed up so far.
What industries do you primarily cater to, and do you have a significant percentage of repeat clients? If so, what is the ratio of repeat clients?
We primarily cater to D2C brands across various industries including fashion, beauty, health and wellness, and home goods. As a young agency, we're proud to say that 80% of our clients have already signed on for extended contracts or additional services, indicating a high satisfaction rate and strong client relationships.
What initiatives does your company undertake to foster innovation and stay at the forefront of industry trends? Do you invest in research and development projects?
We believe in an ongoing experiment/continuous improvement in our process; we test our framework on a regular basis based on data from running campaigns. For a D2C agency, innovation happens at the client account level as well. Whenever we discover something that works for our clients, we make sure we discuss this with other clients also and see if they like the idea of experimenting. And we openly share learning with our clients, it’s a win-win for everyone. I also host a podcast on marketing, and will be happy to share the link in case that’s possible.

Apart from a regular team, we have a dedicated account management function for smooth coordination with our teams and clients.

As a new company, we've built adaptability into our core. We stay resilient by:

- Performance-based pricing for advertising campaigns
- We do not charge the percentage of spend, rather our focus is a percentage of revenue, our focus is profitability, so getting more revenue at a low spend is our most important KPI.
- Project-based pricing for one-off initiatives or website redesigns
- Hourly pricing for staff augmentation engagements.
This structure allows for flexibility while ensuring consistent cash flow and aligning our incentives with client success.

However, we've occasionally worked with promising startups at a slightly lower rate if we see significant growth potential.

Given that we launched in September 2023, our project range for the last quarter of 2023 was:
