The client has a fully automated public bike sharing system that spans across various cities in India, including Ranchi, Surat, Kolkata, and Prayagraj. The client was looking for a dynamic demand forecasting system to predict customer demand and reduce costs and overhead in a more accurate manner.

The client is a leading chemical manufacturer that supplies chemicals to many of its customers belonging to different industries, such as agrochemicals, personal care, textiles, etc. The client wanted to see their product growth and customer acquisitions on dashboards. 

The client is an American telecom giant. The client uses various SMS gateway providers to quote their customers who wanted to utilize SMS gateways. 

In the process, a few prices for a specific model may have changed in the last hour, but the client was still charging them at the previous rates, resulting in some real-time losses. 

The pricing of each gateway is dynamic, and there is no way the volatility can be handled in the existing system, where everything is batch processed. 

The solution was to provide an optimising and adaptive routing process for cost selection on a real-time basis. 

The client is a large insurance brokerage firm based in the USA that works with various general insurance and liability insurance companies. They have a clientele that buys insurance from them, but the challenge for them was to educate their clientele on proper coverage, like whether the insurance purchased by them is sufficient or not.

Safeguarding user data security and smooth financial transactions were vital in this project. Our IT team toiled hard in creating a product that provides security cover to all user accounts along with integrated secure payment system to ensure safe transactions. Our team enabled Bluetooth locks in rented bikes to prevent theft and GSM-based tracking to assist billing process. 

We delivered a robust system to better manage payments and easily top-up user wallets. As most of the users will not have a credit card, we integrated options to top-up wallets from multiple banks debit cards, UPI, and cash transactions as well.

The product was being built in two parts- one where all the merchants will get enrolled and manage their payments- a CMS, and the other where their customers will use third party payment gateways to pay. We were going to have a QR code and a web link for each enrolled business by using which their customers can make payments to them.

The medical staff is required to complete an Emergency Facesheet for each patient and it needs to be provided to the billing admin of the ambulance company for every ride. This app intends to negate the time-consuming exercise of filing both the Facesheet and Physician Certification statement to the billing admins physically and make it digital. The app allows the nurse to take photographs of the document, edit it (make it clear for scanning) and upload it for the billing admin to takeover the rest of the work.

We have developed a mobile marketplace to rent or Buy Clothing on Campus. create a mobile marketplace for students to borrow/loan or buy/sell clothing with other students on their campus. The client had done research to back the need of such a marketplace as more and more students are showing interest in borrowing a clothing rather than buying a new one. As tuition fees are sky-rocketing across the US, such an app allows students to try new brands on every occasion without paying a full price.

The user flow involves both the pet-owner (who creates his dog’s profile in the system and marks the symptoms and medical history, and then places an order), and the veterinary doctor (who approves the selected time slot of the pet-owner).  Our system considers dose allocation timings, frequency of appointments in an area, age of the vaccinated dog into consideration to predict the number of vaccines in the inventory at any given point of time.

The product utilizes blockchain technology for access, security, and immutability. Background screening and verification is offered to companies at a lower price point and with greater efficiency than currently used methods.

Default in payment of rent is the biggest risk for a property owner. Hence, we collaborated with Certn and Equifax for background check of tenants. These features help the landlord in identifying potential defaulters or unruly elements. We also provided an easy option of sending lease agreements digitally and storing the copies on Pendo. This was especially a bit difficult as paperwork/rules are different in all states.

 We tied-up with Bank of Canada and set up our won payment system to negate any reliability on a third-party system in the future. The client was particularly satisfied with this feature as it saved him a fixed monthly amount. Friendly reminders for due date approach and late fees notifications will reduce save landlords from many awkward conversations.

This is one contentious conversation between every tenant and the landlord while leaving the property. To add some circumstantial evidence to this convo, we added a new feature that can be used to take pictures, make notes at the start of agreement and get signed copies of the records; essentially doing exactly what a property maintenance software does.

We took up the uphill challenge of developing a website for an API security company. Its existing version lacked responsiveness, lacked UX elements, and demonstrated a conventional User Interface (UI).

Moreover, many outdated website features and elements made it difficult for fresh content to be published on the website. Due to the legacy custom post types for adding new content or editing existing content, the company approached our team of developers to accept the custom website development challenge.

The clients have products and services on different platforms – the algo-software is on tradingview which can be accessed after buying a subscription, a paid community channel on discord where traders from all walks of life discusses trading ideas and guides each-other, and lastly, they offered free knowledge material to beginner retail investors. The key point was to select a platform where all these services can be included so that they can reach a larger number of people. We concluded that having a mobile app would be a god start, followed by a fully functional web app.

We have created search friendly product design and navigation that’d be befitting for a digital marketplace. This includes narrowing the searches by kids’ age, interest, location, current activities of the kid’s friends, etc. This helped us in creating an attractive buying experience for first time users; we ensured smooth navigation keeping the non-so-tech-savvy parents in mind. 

Primary goals of this product discovery workshop include clearly defining the product, charting out a roadmap towards building the product in less time, and preparing a scale-up roadmap.

The client is multi-national giant providing B2B VoIP solutions to multiple businesses. Our team, working as an important extension of their overseas talent-pool, decides what data to analyze and then start off with the raw files i.e., data lakes. The team, then opts for Snowflake ETL, which refers to the extraction of relevant data from data sources, transforming and then loading it into Snowflake. Thereafter, with the help of data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and programming language like Python, the team prepares the final data report –sometimes in graphical structure – to be sent to the client.
