Gulfstream Strategic Placements is a boutique executive search firm built for one industry: commercial mechanical construction — HVAC, plumbing, piping, sheet metal, and building automation/controls. Since 2014, founder Eric Dickerson and team have placed the roles that carry a mechanical business: project managers, senior and chief estimators, VDC/BIM detailers, service managers, superintendents, foremen, preconstruction managers, and directors of operations.
