Hansen is a Malaysia based e-commerce enabler and AI short video studio.
We act as the local market arm for brands that want to grow in Malaysia
without building the whole operation in house.

Two things sit under one roof.

The first is full e-commerce management. We operate Shopee, Lazada and
TikTok Shop stores end to end: listing build and platform SEO, pricing,
ads, campaign registration, content, customer service and monthly
reporting, all running on a continuous Plan Do Check Act cycle. Shipping
and warehousing stay with the brand. Engagements are annual, because a
marketplace account that changes hands every quarter never compounds.

The second is AI short video production. Most brands do not have a content
problem, they have a volume problem. We run an always on content
engine to a standard we call de-AI Aesthetics, meaning the output has to
look crafted rather than machine generated. Video is localised into
English, Malay and Mandarin and delivered to the brand's own cloud
storage, so it can be redistributed to dealers and other channels rather
than living only on one platform.

Founder Louis Teo spent a decade operating cross-border e-commerce across
China, Taiwan and Malaysia, including leading operations for a Southeast
Asian jewellery brand, before founding Hansen in Muar, Johor. We work
remotely with brands throughout Malaysia, with a focus on Kuala Lumpur and
the Klang Valley, Johor Bahru and Penang.

We are a fit for brands that already have a product that sells and want it
operated properly in this market. We are not a fit for brands looking for
a one off campaign.
