Communication is key! We find that it's best to weave feedback into your phone calls, video calls, or in-person meetings on a regular basis. During those meetings, we ask for feedback, so we always know where we stand with the client. If regular meetings aren't possible, asking for feedback via email is critical. Simply asking one or two questions like, "How do you feel the project is going? Do you like the work we are performing for you? How are the leads you are receiving? Are we moving fast enough to meet your expectations? Is there anything we can be doing better?" can help you understand your client's thoughts and needs. This approach works for both leads and active clients. Throughout the sales process, we ask similar questions to understand where potential clients might be stuck or what might be holding them back.

For ongoing services, such as SEO or social media management, we charge a monthly fee. For a website refresh, we typically charge a one-time project cost, with 50% due upfront and the remainder due at launch. We also offer consulting services for clients needing a mix of marketing services. While we have standard pricing, our goal is to make it make sense for the client, their needs, and their budget.

We are open to a variety of budgets. While we prefer larger, ongoing budgets that make it easier for us to deliver, we are more than willing to work with clients to provide marketing services within their budget. We are here to support and elevate businesses, meeting them where they are.

We work on a variety of projects from as low as $100 up to $10,000.
