Honest AI

Honest AI is a small senior AI consultancy based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. We decide which AI initiatives can reach production, then we build them.

We work with companies of 50 to 500 employees where someone has already started with AI and it is stuck at the demo. Three engagements: a Production-Readiness Scan (about one week, fixed price from EUR 1,995, a verdict per pilot: kill, scale or rebuild), Pilot-to-Production (four weeks maximum, one workflow live, paired with one of the client's own engineers), and an ongoing Operating Layer.

If our verdict is that something should not be built, we do not build it either, and we say which party would be better suited. Every yes we do give, we deliver ourselves at a fixed price.

We fit companies whose revenue runs through a digital funnel: e-commerce, marketing agencies and marketing SaaS, B2B and B2C. Energy is our second sector.
