While Alpro Pharmacy is the largest prescription pharmacy chain in Malaysia, the new portal needed to create an effective online platform where users could purchase items in the most efficient manner. User retention is key.

UX is taken to the next level where we integrated the portal with Doc2us, providing users with the convenience to chat and consult in real-time with a fully registered doctor. This leads to medicine e-prescription and eventually achieving a successful electronic prescribing system (EPS).

Soka Gakkai is an NGO that promotes peace in society through cultural exchange and humanistic education. We were tasked to develop a member’s portal and a gateway to a sea of content, inspiring videos, community initiatives and other happenings. This one-stop portal is intended to provide a digital venue to foster engagement and continue the organisation’s history of focusing on the community.

In addition, the new portal needed to provide very clear user pathways for all age groups with an effortless magazine subscription process and make e-contributions easily via automated system integration. This is one of our proudest works and testimony of excellent UI/UX.
