Our Permitting and Logistics team has an extensive government background and the expertise to navigate the requirements to secure the permits and approvals our clients need, often times opening up doors to new and unimaginable possibilities. Our Permitting & Logistics, Creative and Production teams work in concert to guide projects through all potential roadblocks to ensure a project is a success.

There are many companies that outsource services to third-parties, our success is driven by our ability to produce events soup-to-nuts, which leads to greater transparency, better communication, efficient timelines and budget optimization.

IDEKO merged with its sister company NYFF in 2020. NYFF is an event production and gear rental house. All IDEKO fabrication and custom millwork is completed at our owned and operated fabrication shop in Englewood, New Jersey.
