What is the story behind starting this company?
I have started the company with one system in October 2009 and I am the only owner and employee of the company in other terms you can call me a Freelancer in 2009 but after starting the company a few months later my friend from old company Narendra have joined me as a partner and from that point real iGex Solutions have started and now it’s more than 10 years and from a single employee now it’s more than 25 employees are there in the iGex Solutions.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third-party vendors/ outsourcing?
I would like to assure all of my clients who are working with iGex Solutions or who will going to work with iGex Solutions that we are not outsourcing 1 single line of code work or design work to the Third-Party Vendors.
We basically work on three business Model which is as follows.

How does your company differentiate itself from the competition?
We believe that quality must come first for our clients. We take great care to understand our clients’ businesses and to build a picture of their needs. Software solutions need to be both fits for intention and also delivered in a way that takes note of the client’s business culture.

What industries do you generally cater to? Are your customers repetitive? If yes, what ratio of clients has been repetitive to you?
We had and we are working almost for all available Industries from small to big and yes, we do have a repetitive client and if you talk about the repetitive ratio it’s about more than 20% per month.

What is your customer satisfaction rate according to you? What steps do you take to cater to your customer’s needs and requirements?
Our Customer Satisfaction Rate is around 80% to 90% according to us and we do have our own work methodology that we follow cater our cater needs & requirements.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
For the existing clients, we do have a pre-defined in-house tool of Project Management which they can use, and through the Project Management tool, they can directly get connected with the Designer/Developer/Tester to convey their quires. Also, for the new prospect client we are also giving a free POC to show them that yes, we do have a solution to their raised queries before they start work with us.
What kind of payment structure do you follow to bill your clients? Is it Pay per Feature, Fixed Cost, Pay per Milestone (could be in phases, months, versions etc.)
It totally depends on the payment terms we have decided with the client. It can be Pay Per Use, Fixed Cost, Pay per milestone. We are always flexible and comfortable in setting the payment terms and are 100% co-operative in setting the payment terms with the client.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
Again, it depends on the requirement and even more depends on the profile of the client means may be possible some good client comes to us with some small bug fix work at the start but we do their work as we know that this/that client can be a long-term client for us.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
In 2020, we have accepted the project of $1K USD to $30K USD.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years mean by 2030 I can see that we will cross the employee size of more than 200 people and all are very experienced. Also, I can see that company will run many employee benefits programs.
