Our experience with ILCO Transit has been disappointing
“Our overall experience with this company has been very poor. Payment has been outstanding for more than 120 days despite multiple follow-up emails and reminders sent to their team. Unfortunately, we have not received any clear response or payment update from their side. Due to the lack of communication and unresolved payment issue, we are forced to give this rating and request immediate attention to clear the pending balance.

Describe your project in brief
The freight transportation service was completed and all required documents were submitted, including the invoice and proof of delivery. However, payment for this load has been pending for more than 120 days, and despite multiple follow-up emails and reminders, no response or payment has been received from the company. Due to the lack of communication and delayed payment, I am leaving a 0 rating to inform other carriers and businesses about this issue.
What is it about the company that you appreciate the most?
Unfortunately, there was nothing particularly positive in our experience with ILCO
