Our collaboration with IMPRO started with them helping us find the reason for poor email deliverability and fixing issues related to bad sending. This helped us as our emails started reaching our subscribers and not going to spam. Finally!

Secondly, to improve our interaction with subscribers, we agreed with the IMPRO team on email marketing automation. Our subscribers began receiving properly set-up flows with our news and offers.

Thirdly, we saw the template production created by the design department. We decided that great design would help engage our subscribers more. We agreed on all the details. Their designer helped and supported us. Together, we came to a common decision and got great designs. Our subscribers are thrilled.
