I'm Mark Javed, a 30-year-old entrepreneur serving as the Managing Director at INNOVATE360 LDA. This Portuguese registered business, certified SME by IAPMEI, involves me in overseeing daily operations and client relations. My role extends to offering perspectives to both Sales and marketing and our service team, aimed at refining processes for organizational growth, enhanced service quality, and an improved client experience.

Innovate360 LDA Portugal is a venture close to my heart, driven by my experiences as an expat in this vibrant country. I saw the need for a bridge between the growing English-speaking community and corporate services. This led to the birth of our company, with a clear mission to simplify business registration in Portugal. What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2022?
From the beginning, we've assisted clients with various services, from facilitating Portuguese Tax IDs (NIF) for 175 euros to providing comprehensive packages for establishing Portuguese companies at 3000 euros. Our approach is tailored to each client's specific requirements, ensuring we meet their needs effectively.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
In the next 10 years, my vision for Innovate360 LDA is to establish it as a prominent Corporate Firm in Europe and across various continents. Our aim is to become a major player in the global landscape of company registration and accounting services. 
With a global workforce and a vast expansion into Europe and beyond, we envision becoming a robust economic force that not only aids nations but also generates employment opportunities and fosters new businesses.

Our aspirations, right in our name "360," reflect our commitment to diversifying across various industries while staying true to our corporate roots. We are already actively working towards realizing our short and long-term goals.

company set up and name registration as well as monthly accounting function , the only issue we encountered was that we understood the accounting fee to be inclusive for 3 months based on the package as apposed to discounted so this needs to be made more transparent.
