Inovar is a software services company. Consulting and Digital Transformation are at the heart of what we do. We identify and integrate emerging technologies and software initiatives and deliver state-of-the-art smart solutions. We are a professional team consisting of members from top software organizations and are here to dedicate ourselves to helping you realize your digital goals.
We help customers right from Digital Advisory and Architecture consulting. We, then, implement the software solutions, to support the client's needs. We are very passionate about what we do and so building a trusted customer rapport is of utmost importance to us.
What is the story behind starting this company?
For many years, our Founder and CEO, Apratim Ghosh had dreamt of starting his architecture consulting company and after gathering immense experience working in various MNCs such as Microsoft and Accenture, Inovar Consulting finally began its journey in February of 2017 as a Software Architecture Consulting Firm. In the early stages, Inovar provided architectural consultation to various Indian start-ups and mid-sized US-based start-ups, thus making its mark in the world of technical consultancy.
What are your company’s business model–in house team or third party vendors/ outsourcing?
We have an experienced in-house team of skilled Web Developers, UI/UX Designers, Quality Assurance Members, and the Business Development Team as well. We follow multiple business models based on the needs of our customers. We work around a managed system model or an end-to-end product development cycle. Our team is our biggest asset and we are very proud of the work that we have done.

A few industries that we have worked with are Telecom, Healthcare, e-Commerce, Government, Finance, a few Veteran owned Companies as well as a few Non-Profit Organizations We comfortably cater to the needs of all the industries. We are happy to share that we have a loyal repetitive clientele. All our clients are completely satisfied with the services we have provided. We are proud to say that our customer satisfaction rate is 95-97% and that we are very process-oriented. We ensure the procedure and automation right from business development to end of delivery to post-delivery support. We follow multiple checks across the whole project life cycle to ensure that we get proper feedback from the client and ensure that we do everything to provide for the client’s digital needs.
What kind of support system do you offer to your clients for catering to their queries and issues?
We provide multiple automated and informal channels for our clients – both online and offline. We provide them with SLAs and Processes in place to ensure an adequate and timely response to issues and queries.

We are open to all types of online payment methods, and clients can have different payment structures as per their convenience and liking.
Do you take in projects which meet your basic budget requirement? If yes, what is the minimum requirement? If no, on what minimum budget you have worked for?
We don’t have a particular basic budget requirement. Our average project size is between 100,000 USD to 300,000 USD. We also have a free 8-hour consultation program where we ensure that we are able to help our customers without any obligations. Our primary and main goal has always been to help our clients achieve their digital goals.
What is the price range (min and max) of the projects that you catered to in 2020?
We have done multiple big as well as small projects- helping out our clients achieve their digital goals. Our price range in 2020 has been 100,000 USD to 1 Million USD. The range is fairly large due to small consulting projects as well as long-lasting yearly projects with older clients.
Where do you see your company in the next 10 years?
Our vision is to be a preferred and recognized digital transformation consultancy while adhering to our core values. We would like to establish ourselves as a leading player in the Consulting and Services organizations in the world. We are in talks with various Fortune 500 companies and want to create our digital footprint.
