INTERMODAL SHIPPING, INC. (IMSI) is a corporation registered in the Philippines in accordance with Philippine laws. It is licensed to operate as shipping and manning agency as defined by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA), the Maritime Industry Authority (MARINA) and other relevant Philippine regulatory authorities. The company was established in 1970 (then known as Intermodal Shipping Agencies, Inc.) as a trampship agent for foreign Shipowners. From the ship agency business, the company expanded to include ship management.
