ISP was originally founded in 2006 by Mitesh to support his own A/E firm in Florida which was acquired in 2016 due to its very high efficiency.   In 2018, he began plans to expand ISP to support A/E firms across the the globe.  Fast forward to today, ISP has become the trusted remote/ offshore partner for the AEC industry in several major countries.   While the executive offices are located in USA, ISP’s operational division is spread throughout some of India’s most technically advanced cities.   ISP’s unique “remote staffing” model starts with its state-of-the-art training institute where the best of the best educated Archtiects and Engineers in India come to learn how to design with International Building Codes and Standards.    Once trained, ISP assigns team members to a variety of AEC clients as remote design team members capable of creating anything from Calculations to Schematic Designs to Full Construction Document sets.    Using this model allows our client’s existing staff to focus on client relations, concept planning, and oversight while their remote team members do the heavy lifting on production.
